Nomos One and Accessibility

What is this guide?

This page is your central hub for understanding how accessibility is being considered and implemented across Nomos One’s products and services.

We’re on a journey to improve accessibility across our website, our products, and our supporting resources. This guide, and the supporting documentation it links to, will be updated regularly to reflect our progress.

If you’re reviewing us for procurement purposes, you’ll find our VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates) linked below. If you have accessibility needs, feedback, or questions, you’ll also find ways to connect directly with our design team.

Why does it matter?

At Nomos One, our vision is: Working together, we deliver effortless leasing solutions.

These solutions are built for our customers, all of our customers. Designing with accessibility in mind ensures we’re not just meeting baseline compliance, but actively building a product that is usable, inclusive, and human-centred.

Accessibility goes beyond just visual and mobility considerations. It includes cognitive differences in how people process information, as well as situational impairments like glare, fatigue, or stress. Designing for accessibility improves the experience for everyone.

If we can commit to this as a small team, we believe others can, too.

Where are we now?

Our goal is to make every interaction with Nomos One accessible, whether it’s browsing our website, using our products, or getting help from our Knowledge Base.

We’re working toward compliance with:

  • WCAG 2.2 AA (and AAA where feasible)
  • Section 508
  • EN 301 549 (v3.2.1)
It’s important to note that even when we meet these standards, accessibility gaps may still exist. While we use available tools and screen readers like VoiceOver to guide our assessments, we recognise the limitations of testing without lived experience. We are not proficient users of assistive technologies, and as such, our evaluations may miss certain real-world challenges.
Website

Our website does not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
We are actively reviewing and planning improvements.

Nomos Product

The legacy Nomos product is no longer in active development.
It does not yet meet WCAG 2.2, Section 508, or EN 301 549 standards.

While we are unable to make further changes to this platform, we’re carrying forward everything we’ve learned into our future product.

Knowledge Base

Our Knowledge Base is powered by HelpJuice, a third-party platform.

  • Where we have control, we’ve made improvements to enhance accessibility.
  • For areas outside our control, we’ve submitted feedback and continue to monitor platform updates.
Currently it does not yet meet WCAG 2.2, Section 508, or EN 301 549 standards.

OneLease Product

This is where we’re focusing our accessibility efforts. We’re committed to making OneLease meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA and related global standards. Currently it does not yet meet WCAG 2.2, Section 508, or EN 301 549 standards.
